A New Year + New Customers = Same Old Story



If you haven't noticed a common theme from our customer stories, we will let you in on a little secret: They leave our stores happy!
Since we began buying gold, we have been switching customers over - one at a time, by offering them a professional, safe and friendly environment to sell their Gold, Silver, Platinum and Diamonds. But even the most professional and friendly environment needs to have the final ingredient to make a difference to the consumer: Value.


Another customer came in today, who was selling their items for the first time. She told us that she is taking this to a few different places - and the previous place was a nice professional place with all types of certificates on the wall. We asked her if they tested the items the same way as us, and she said "Yes."

She didn't notice the subtle differences until the end: When we quoted her the price. Sell Us Your Gold offered her such a great deal, that she decided that there was no need to look any further. Just out of curiosity, we asked her if the "other guys" were competitive with our pricing. She simple stated:

"Um...No. Not even close." She didn't even want to repeat how low their offer was, out of embarrassment.
