Another Satisfied Customer!

First, take a look at these coins we recently purchased. These are Silver Morgan Dollars and Peace Dollars, dated back from as early as 1879. Yes, we buy Silver Coins and Bars too!

A recent customer stepped into our Gilbert location, very skeptical of the gold buying process. She lives in a 55 and older community, and has typically sold her gold items to a "gold buyer" that holds parties within the community. The customer came in and said "I'm only testing the waters, so I'm under no obligation - right?"

We assured our customer that we will give her a complete breakdown in pricing of her Gold and Silver items, and proceeded to checking, testing and pricing her precious items. As we went through this process, the customer was pleasantly surprised at how transparent the process is at Sell Us Your Gold. She stated that this was nothing like the "gold-buying parties" that took place at her complex - she knew exactly which items were 14 karat, 10 karat and Sterling Silver - due to our thorough explanation.

After the testing was complete, we gave the customer a quote for her items - understanding that she would go and check a few more competitors. Our representative told her: "Eight O Two." Which she responded: "Eight dollars and two cents?" - Thankfully, we were able to clarify - no, your items add up to $802.00 - which was almost too good to be true - She was only expecting maybe $200 based on her previous experiences with gold buyers. She was so delighted, that she insisted that we complete the sale on the spot.

This once again highlights a typical experience at Sell Us Your Gold. Come by our Gilbert office, and you will see why we are revolutionizing the Gold, Silver and Platinum buying business.

Why Are So Many Customers Switching to Sell Us Your Gold?

Although we've only been in our new Gilbert location since mid-October - our customers will agree that we are truly making an impact on to whom and where they will sell their gold and silver items.

#1 Security: One great example is from a high-end customer who came in earlier this week. She commented on how safe and professional of an environment that we provide for our customers. Rather than going to a store where their items are not tested in front of them - Sell Us Your Gold makes our customers part of the process. We explain step-by-step the testing process and ensure that our customers feel comfortable throughout. This particular customer has been reluctantly bringing her gold items to other places for years, but now she says: "I will be your customer for the long-term."

#2 Integrity: Many times, our customers unknowingly bring in items that are not real gold. Some shops make the customer feel guilty or brush off customers who bring in items that are not gold and silver. At S.Y.G, we treat our customers with respect and dignity - many customers who may have brought in non-gold or non-silver items have returned with piles of real gold and silver items after we have explained the process on what to look for.

#3 Value: Just yesterday, a new customer brought in a pile of broken gold items. She had never understood how the process worked - and walked away with $385.00! She said "I only expected like $25.00. I'm definitely going to be back!" At Sell Us Your Gold, we are here to bring a long-term business relationship with our customers, rather than a one-time transaction. We educate our customers on the gold market and what causes fluctuations - all with the goal of building a trusting relationship and a more savvy consumer.

Experience this for yourself - bring your unwanted, broken or mismatched gold and silver items, and you will not be disappointed!

Just How Much Has Gold Gone Up???

If you didn't believe the hype before - after seeing this historical Gold chart from Kitco's website - you should!

Take a look and see just how much your broken, unwanted or mismatched Gold Jewelry has appreciated since the beginning of the year. That same necklace that may have been worth only $100 could now be worth as much as $150. That is an amazing return on investment! If you still aren't sure, please feel free to stop by and check us out for yourself. One of our most recent customers was only expecting $40 for her pile of broken and mismatched jewelry. She was shocked when she received over $350 for what she thought was junk! Needless to say, she left a happy customer and has returned multiple times.

Look What We've Been Buying The Last Few Days!

Another week has started - and as you can see, we've bought an eclectic group of items from our satisfied customers! We have bought beautiful estate items, along with items such as half a hoop earring. How's that for variety?
Bring by your unwanted, scrap or broken jewelry items - and you will see for yourself. Just as one of our recent customers who brought in her junk drawer full of jewelry items. When asked how much she expected, she stated "I don't know, maybe $300." Much to her surprise, she walked away with over $700! That's a great return on investment on your unwanted gold and silver jewelry!

What Have We Bought So Far This Week?

What have we bought so far this week? From the looks of this pic - which happens to be just a fraction of the pieces we have purchased - quite a bit!
Just from yesterday alone, we bought the following items:
-Silver Bars
-18K Gold Rings
-22K Gold Bangles
-14K Assorted Jewelry
-Various broken, scrap or mismatched items. At the end of a transaction, we asked a customer: How much did you think you'd get paid for your gold items. She stated: "About a hundred dollars."
How much did she walk away with, you ask? Over $500! Yes, that is right - now is the perfect time to get rid of your gold and silver jewelry. Both are at an all-time high, and you will be surprised to see just how much you can walk away with.
